With the COVID-19 vaccination nearing readiness for sale, we finally have a glimmer of hope of the safe, sustained recovery of the health and economy. But the public is demanding clear, trustworthy information, around the safety and efficacy of the vaccine, and have real concerns and fears that must be addressed and allayed – and quickly. Never before has it been more important to get a communication campaign right.
