This week, we put the kettle on and break out the posh biscuits to welcome Jessica Corbyn to the Thompson team. Jess joins us an Account Manager with a good few years' previous experience. We’d like to say she’s jumped into the role with both feet, but she arrived with one of her ankles in a cast. Ouch... Getting better though.

Describe your first few weeks at Thompson (in no longer than a Tweet!)

Everyone has been supportive, welcoming and level-headed, a calm environment for a very busy office, and lots of team lunches!

What interested you most about working at Thompson?

Apart from the beautiful work they produce, I’m really drawn to Thompson’s ethics and values, this is a company that doesn’t just talk-the-talk, but also walk-the-walk.

Any surprises so far with your new role?
Not exactly a surprise, but in awe of the breadth of experience in such a small team – fantastic people to learn from.

What has been your favourite part of being here so far?
Being part of a B-Corp company

Outside of work, what do you like doing?
You can usually find me with food – cooking and a lot of eating. Other than that, I fancy myself an amateur photographer (jury is out on the quality though!)

What’s your secret superpower? (Or just superpower, even if it’s not a secret)
Ninja packing skills (Only useful for holidays).
